Demo Workspace & Sample Data
The interactive demo included with GlowFlow uses fictional salon, staff, client, and transaction data generated solely for demonstration purposes. Any resemblance to real people, businesses, or events is coincidental. No real payments, appointments, or messages are processed within the demo workspace.
No Warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Third-Party Services
GlowFlow integrates with third-party providers, including Convex (backend and authentication), (database/backend), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), and Twilio (SMS). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling practices of these third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. Links to external websites (including the Unity Labs website) are provided for convenience, and we do not control or endorse their content.
Client Communications
Salon owners are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law (such as consent for SMS/email marketing) before using GlowFlow's marketing and automation tools to contact their clients. GlowFlow and Unity Labs disclaim any liability arising from a salon's failure to obtain such consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unity Labs and GlowFlow shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
